I have a specific medical condition. Will this work for me?

We welcome students with a wide range of health concerns, from hormonal imbalances like hypothyroidism to autoimmune diseases such as fibromyalgia, and chronic conditions like diabetes, metabolic syndrome, cardiac issues, and cancer and more. The root cause of many of these conditions can often be traced back to diet and lifestyle choices. What distinguishes our program is our comprehensive expertise in health, with a diverse team that includes nurses, a physical therapist, specialists with advanced certifications in metabolism and hormone health, certified integrative nutrition health coaches, a spiritual director, and licensed mental health counselor. Our program is designed not just to combat disease but also to prevent future health issues by helping you develop a sustainable healthy lifestyle. 

Our approach is backed by solid research showing that the seven key habits we focus on can significantly improve various health conditions. How long before I start experiencing results?

What’s your definition of “results”? Weight loss? This program is so much more than about losing weight. It’s about a complete health transformation that brings you to the promised land of abundant health (that, yes, includes weight loss). 

After serving over 6,000 students inside our programs, we know for a fact that the journey to health and wellness is deeply personal and varies significantly from person to person. It's important to shift focus from the quick-fix mentality of 'losing 30 pounds in 30 days' to embracing a more holistic measure of success. The timeframe for seeing results depends on several factors, including your current health status, your age, how long you’ve been practicing unhealthy habits, and past dieting history. Particularly for those with chronic diseases, the body may prioritize healing over weight loss initially.

Within the first three months of the Healthy Free Life program, many members start to notice significant changes. These can include losing up to 28 pounds (with an average of 10 pounds), increased energy, reduced cravings, better sleep, improved mood, glowing skin, decreased joint pain, enhanced digestion, clearer thinking, and improvements in hormonal symptoms. Additionally, many experience a deepened relationship with God, a more hopeful and happier outlook on life, better stress management, and a transforming relationship with food.

Students who continue with our Healthy Free Life Academy, where we focus on all 7 key areas of health, at the 3-9 month mark, members often report improved bloodwork, lowered blood pressure, increased physical abilities like walking without getting winded or climbing stairs effortlessly, and overcoming food addictions. There's also a noticeable improvement in disease symptoms, and in some cases, a reduction or elimination of certain medications (with doctor approval).

I eat vegan / vegetarian/ keto/ intermittent fasting, have food allergies, etc. Will this still work for me?

Absolutely! Our program is adaptable to any eating style, be it vegan, vegetarian, keto, or others and can easily be modified to accommodate food allergies/sensitivities, in fact 99% all of our recipes avoid gluten (wheat), dairy, soy, peanuts, corn, and shellfish.

We focus on integrating God's glorious, nutrient-dense whole foods into your diet, ensuring you eat healthily regardless of your dietary preferences. Our system can even be used alongside another eating program.

Can my spouse do the program with me?

100% Yes! Your spouse is more than welcome to join you on this transformative journey. We have numerous couples participating together in the Glorious Food REvival, benefiting from our gender-inclusive teachings and resources led by both male and female experts. The best part? Only one membership is needed per household, so your spouse and underage children can all be part of the program under a single membership. How much time do I need to invest in learning and doing?
