Chris & Katrina Sequenzia

Drawing on decades of combined experience, we’ve coached 6,000+ Christians to transform their lives and health. Katrina is a Registered Nurse and Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. Chris is a Physical Therapist and Strength & Conditioning Specialist. Both of us with advanced certifications and expertise in Metabolism and Hormones.

Our own personal health transformations fuel our passion (Katrina was a diseased, yo-yo dieter and sugar addict, and Chris used to be 60 pounds heavier!). Because we’ve been through these struggles ourselves, we understand the challenges and know what it takes to overcome them.

Through our programs, we’ve had the joy of helping students release the physical burdens of excess weight, low energy, and disease, guiding them to live the abundant life God promised.

Each day of the challenge, you’ll receive an email introducing that day’s specific habit. Inside, you’ll find a 5-minute video overview, along with a written description, step-by-step instructions, and a devotional to help you stay God-centered.

Each habit builds on the one before, and by the end of the 5 days, you’ll have created a sustainable 10-minute morning routine with five essential habits to energize your body, uplift your spirit, and align your health with God’s design.

Each Day You'll Get:

  • Daily Habit Teaching: A 5-minute video and written guide introducing each day’s habit.

  • Action Plan: Simple, step-by-step instructions to make each habit easy to follow.
